Analysis of the Vietnamese draft Right to Information Law, November 2015

 

According to an analysis by CLD, the Vietnamese draft Right to Information Law is a good start, however it still has a long way to go to come up to international standards. The Vietnamese authorities need to review the draft before adopting the law to bring about real change in terms of government openness.
