Massive Open Online Course (MOCC) on Freedom of Expression for Parliaments and Their Members

MOOC on Freedom of Expression for Parliamentarians and their Members

 

In October 2024, a new Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on Freedom of Expression for Parliaments and Their Members was launched on Monday 28 October 2024 and is available in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish. The course was developed by the Centre for Law and Democracy (CLD), and commissioned by the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). The primary aim of the course is to develop the skills and capacity of members of parliament, parliamentary staff, and civil society organisations, academics and others who focus on parliaments, so as to protect and promote freedom of expression inside and outside of parliament. The course is available in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
