This Briefing Note was prepared as background for a workshop in Tunisia organised by the Centre for Law and Democracy (CLD) working with partners the Arab Network for Human Rights Information (ANHRI), International Media Support (IMS) and Vigilance. The Note is available in  English and in Arabic.

 

The workshop also produced a Statement setting out a number of clear standards regarding the regulation of journalism, which is available in English, French and Arabic.
